Control method 1: control the quality of our products

To ensure the consistency of the color of each batch of products, we must first develop a product color standard as a factory standard. A certain amount of sample can be taken from different batches of the same product (hereinafter referred to as A product) for measurement. After the measurement, the product with a relatively large difference in the color difference is picked up, and the product with a relatively close color difference is used as a calibration sample for the A product. The color values ​​of the calibration samples were measured in order, and the average was calculated (the average value was automatically calculated by the whiteness colorimeter). The average value is stored as a color factory label of the A product into the instrument. The storage sample number can be set to 001 for easy memory. If there are multiple products, the factory standard can be measured in sequence according to the above method, and the storage is 002, 003, etc.

In the later production process, to test whether the color of the A product is qualified, you can recall the A product standard sample value (data 001) from the storage, and then position it to the standard value. Samples were taken from each batch of A product and the measured color difference was the result of a comparison with the factory standard. The product color difference (dE) is now controlled by most manufacturers within 1 or 1.2, that is, the color difference (dE) is considered to be no color difference within 1 or 1.2, whereas if>1 or >1.2 is artificial color difference. If the result of the comparison between the product and the standard value has a color difference (dE) <1 or <1.2, the product color is acceptable, whereas the color difference (dE)> 1 or> 1.2 is the color difference is large and unqualified. In other products, the corresponding product factory standard is called out in this way, and the standard value is used for measurement and analysis.

Control method two: According to the standard sample production

Many companies order products according to the samples provided by the ordering company. The whiteness colorimeter can measure the samples provided by the other party, store the measurement results in the instrument, and memorize the stored sample numbers as standard samples. When the application of the standard sample values ​​out, set the standard value for the measurement, and then measure the products produced, in accordance with the "method one" step to test product color difference, to evaluate the product color is qualified.
