When a customer presses the "Save" button on the keyboard, the locker's control system generates a random 10-digit password, which is printed on a barcode ticket along with the corresponding barcode information. When the user retrieves the ticket, the locker door automatically opens. Once the item is taken, the user simply needs to scan the barcode near the detection port to open the locker again. The barcode ticket is designed for single-use only and becomes invalid after one use.
The cabinet is constructed from 1mm thick cold-rolled steel plates produced by Shanghai Baosteel. The surface undergoes rust removal, degreasing, and phosphating before being electrostatically sprayed. The door color can be customized according to preference. If a barcode ticket is lost, the administrator can use the management password to unlock the locker and assist the user in retrieving their items. The system offers advanced menu-style management functions, including clearing the box, unpacking, querying, and adjusting cabinet settings.
Security is a top priority, with unique password generation technology and encrypted data ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all information. Internal data remains intact even after power failure for up to 15 years, guaranteeing long-term data security. The intelligent management function allows administrators to set and manage unlocking, clearing, and emergency access through the management password, while also enabling real-time query capabilities.
Additionally, the locker is equipped with a specialized infrared detection system inside each compartment. This system can determine whether an item is present or not, displaying the result on the control panel's LCD screen.
