A clean sampling vehicle is a vertical one-way airflow purification device designed to provide a controlled and clean environment for sampling and material transportation. It is an ideal mobile purification solution widely used in fields such as medicine, healthcare, biotechnology, food processing, and electronics. This equipment is especially suitable for environments requiring dust-free conditions and is commonly utilized for sampling raw materials in pharmaceutical preparations (excluding sterile ones). The main technical specifications of a clean sampling vehicle include: - Operating temperature: 5–40°C - Relative humidity: up to 80% - Atmospheric pressure: 80–160 kPa - Surface finish: smooth, bright, and free from peeling or damage - Casters: flexible and reliable - Purification efficiency: 10,000 - Noise level: no more than 63 dB(A) under proper wind speed - Vibration: less than or equal to 3 μm in X, Y, Z directions - Lighting: average illumination of at least 300 lux - Stability: all four casters must be on the same plane without wobbling To use a clean sampling vehicle: move it to the desired location, secure it, turn on the power, activate the fan, adjust the voltage (usually 220V), and let it run for 15 minutes before starting the sampling process. After completion, turn off the fan and power supply, then return the vehicle to its original place. When operating the vehicle, it is recommended to turn on the UV sterilization lamp 50 minutes in advance to eliminate microorganisms in the working area. After 30 minutes, turn off the lamp and start the blower. For newly installed or long-unused units, perform a thorough cleaning with a fiber-free vacuum cleaner before any operation, followed by disinfection using either chemical agents or UV light. Avoid placing unnecessary items in the purification area to maintain an uninterrupted air flow pattern. Minimize actions that may disturb the airflow during operations. Regularly check the average wind speed using an anemometer, and adjust the fan voltage if necessary to ensure optimal performance. The internal temperature should not exceed 50°C.
