How to distinguish between automatic packaging and manual packaging

According to reports, 90% of food packaging in economically developed countries has achieved quantitative packaging automation, and food packaging is done by automatic packaging machines. For the packaging of pellets and powdered foods, the entire process from metering, bag making, filling, sealing, and cutting is accomplished by a computer-controlled automatic vertical packaging machine.

Since the reform and opening up, a large number of foreign packaged foods have entered the Chinese market and promoted the development of the food industry in the direction of internationally popular high standard packaging. With the intensification of market competition, food packaging has been "changed", from the traditional backward manual bulk method, to quantitative packaging of food, and gradually to the development of quantitative packaging automation. According to relevant experts' predictions, the automation of quantitative food packaging will become the mainstream of the food industry and food packaging industry in the future.

At present, in the grain and powder quantitative packaged foods sold on the market in China, some products are still manually measured, filled by hand, and sealed with a simple sealing machine. This approach, in essence, does not deviate from the form of manual packaging, its backward technology, low productivity, can not guarantee health; what is more, to a small number of illegal operators to take advantage of opportunities. They have deceived and insulted consumers by misconducting, subverting, shoddy, and lacking in the amount of unscrupulous behavior. As a result, consumers are worried about purchasing and buying packaged foods. Practice has proved that as long as there is hand-filled packaging, false phenomena such as counterfeiting can not be eliminated. Therefore, vigorously promoting the automatic packaging machinery packaging is the key to solving the problem.

Quantitative packaging of granules and powder foods is common in the market. It is a medium-sized bag (packing capacity is 100 to 1500 milliliters) and a pillow packing style. That is, there are three welding seams in the shape of “work” in the packaging bag—two Horizontal seam, a longitudinal seam. The identification of the packaging of food products is done automatically by the packaging machine, or is done by manual operation. It is very important for the prevention of counterfeit and shoddy goods. Generally, it can be identified directly from the packaging bag. There are four ways to do this:

Welds are different in style. Foods packaged in automatic packaging machines are subjected to a computer-controlled heat-welding system to form an “I”-shaped weld on the packaging bag at a time, and the width of the weld is consistent with the pattern. The welding seams on hand-packaged food bags are significantly different. Weld seams of the same width on the packaging bags can only form horizontal and vertical seams because this is the seam pattern formed by the bag-making machine during the production of the packaging bag. And the hand-filled food packaging, the final sealing of the bag product, is completed using a simple sealing machine, the weld seam width, size and pattern, style, compared with the original packaging on the weld has obvious differences.

The two parallel seal welds have different parallelisms. In the food packaged by the packaging machine, the two horizontal sealing seams on the packaging bag are parallel to each other; and the foods filled by hand are not parallel to the welding seam. In addition, the parallelism of the two horizontal weld seams on each package bag is different and can be identified with only a little attention.

The shape of the cut is different. The automatic packaging machine has an automatic cutting function. When the packaging machine completes the filling and packaging, the edge of the cutting edge of the automatic packaging machine is generally made into a zigzag shape. After the packaging bag mouth is cut, a sawtooth-shaped cutting edge is formed; and the bag making mechanism is formed. The plastic bag cuts are generally straight. Even if it is to follow the automatic packaging mechanism to produce a toothed cut edge, the two packaging methods can also be identified. Because the automatic packaging mechanism cuts off the mouth, the cutting is completed at the same time when the transverse sealing welding port is completed. The cut edges of the two layers of the film on the front and back sides of the packaging bag are cut out one by one, so the two tooth-shaped cuts completely overlap; and the manual completion In the packaging, although the bag itself is prefabricated with a tooth-shaped broken edge, after the manual sealing, the toothed films on the two tooth-shaped broken edges do not overlap, resulting in a misalignment, and therefore are easily distinguished.

The number of welds is different. The automatic packaging machine seals after completing the filling of the articles to form two horizontal sealing welds and one longitudinal sealing weld. At present, there is also a cylindrical packaged food on the market, and these types of packaging are all hand-packaged, because the bag has only two horizontal sealing welds, no vertical welding seams, and this cylindrical packaging material only Can be used for manual packaging and cannot be used on automatic packaging machines
