(5) The size of the bevel gear of the analysis machine should be stable, no abnormal sound, and ensure the smooth flow of the oil.
(6) The blower should observe the direction of rotation, and there should be no abnormal sound and vibration. The maximum temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 700c, and the temperature rise should not exceed 350c.
Compliant with test run
(1) It can be proved that the test operation can be carried out when the components can work normally after the air load test run.
(2) Comply with the test run time of not less than 8h (hours).
(3) The working of the mill should be normal, and the transmission part must not have abnormal sound and shock vibration.
(4) The maximum temperature of rolling bearings and lubricating oil does not exceed 800c, and the temperature rise does not exceed 400c.
(5) There should be no air leakage in the contact of the flanges in the pipeline installation.
(6) Milling output reaches the specified index.
(7) Adjust the speed of the analyzer to control the particle size of the finished product in the range of 0.44-0.125mm.
(8) After passing the air load and load to make the operation pass, tighten the fastener again and put it into normal operation.
