White cardboard is a higher grade in whiteboard. Whiteboard paper is a kind of hard paperboard with a large thickness and a large amount, so it is also called white paperboard and it is a higher grade in paperboard. Whiteboard paper is composed of a surface layer, a core layer and a bottom layer. It has two series of single-sided and double-sided, and double-sided whiteboard paper is also called white cardboard. The surface and bottom layer of general white paperboard are made of 100% bleached chemical wood pulp, or mixed with bleached pulp pulp and bleached chemical straw pulp, and appropriate amounts of fillers, rubber compounds and whitening agents are added; The layer is made of mechanical pulp or added waste pulp, reed pulp, straw pulp, etc.
The surface and bottom layer of the white cardboard are bleach chemical pulp, a certain proportion of filler and rubber compound, and after multi-roll calendering, the two sides of the white cardboard are less different, with good whiteness, smoothness and surface strength. , With a certain degree of water resistance, small scalability, moderate ink absorption and more uniform.

2. Types and specifications
White cardboard is divided into three grades: A, B, and C. Quantitatively: 200g/m2, 220g/m2, 250g/m2, 270g/m2, 300g/m2, 400g/m2 and other varieties.
White cardboard is mainly based on flat paper. The size of white cardboard is 880mm×1230mm, 787mm×1092mm, or produced according to the contract. The dimensional error must not exceed ±3mm, and the skewness must not exceed 3mm.
According to the provisions of the contract can produce a variety of color cardboard, in addition to whiteness, the rest are assessed according to the technical requirements of the white cardboard.
3. Technical requirements and parameters
White cardboard technical specifications must comply with Table 4-13. According to the industry standard QB/T3523-1999, white cardboard must also meet the following requirements:
1 The cut edge of the paper should be neat and clean.
2 The fibrous structure of the paper should be uniform and meet the requirements of the paper samples specified in the contract.
3 paper should be flat, no spots, streaks and other paper diseases.
4 The color of the paper should be the same, and each batch of paper must not be significantly different.
5 Conditional factories can produce white cardboard with embossed patterns according to the ordering requirements. White cardboards with special embossing patterns do not check for smoothness and whiteness.
6 The following conditions are classified as second-class products:
