Steel Strapping

We’ve always offered a variety of strapping solutions, but now we’re adding steel strapping to our lineup. This is the strongest type of strapping available, ideal for high-tension applications, sharp edges, or bulky loads. Our steel strapping comes in three sizes to suit different needs:

• 13mm x 0.5mm x 323mm – average breaking strain of 600kg
• 16mm x 0.5mm x 320mm – average breaking strain of 750kg
• 19mm x 0.5mm x 324mm – average breaking strain of 900kg

Of course, having the right tools is just as important as having the right strapping. That’s why we’ve also expanded our range of steel strapping accessories to help you apply your strapping safely and efficiently.

Tensioning Tools

Our tensioning tools are designed to make the process of tightening your steel strapping quick and effective. They work in conjunction with manual sealing tools to ensure your load stays secure and tight. These tools are essential for anyone who uses steel strapping regularly.

Sealing Tools

Once your strapping is tightened, it’s important to seal it properly. Our manual sealing tools provide a firm, secure closure, ensuring your strapping stays in place under tension. We offer tools for all three widths (13mm, 16mm, 19mm), making it easy to find the right one for your job.

Steel Strapping Safety Cutter

Removing secured loads can be dangerous if not done correctly. That’s why we offer a safety cutter specifically designed for steel strapping. The rubber pads on either side of the blade help prevent the strapping from snapping back when cut, keeping you safe during the process.

Combi Tools

For added convenience, we also offer combi tools that combine tensioning, sealing, and cutting into one device. These tools are ideal for users who want to save time and money, as they eliminate the need for multiple separate tools. Plus, they don’t require any additional seals — the steel crimps to itself for a secure hold.

Ribbon Wound Steel Strapping Dispenser
