Also, set the spray time, test duration, and xenon lamp working time as specified on the control panel. For example:- Test Temperature: 50°C ± 2°C
- Relative Humidity: 70% RH
- Spray Time: 12 minutes per hour
- Cycle Option: (i.e., spray time)
- Xenon Lamp Timing: (must be selected first)
If the parameters are set correctly, avoid changing them during the test, as this could lead to instrument malfunctions or inaccurate results.
2. Start the System
Turn on the power supply. The display will show the current settings. These are factory-predefined, so do not alter them unless necessary. For example, the dry bulb temperature might be 42°C, and the wet bulb temperature 39.5°C. Once the settings are confirmed, press the “OK†button to save the data.3. Adjust Spray and Drying Cycles
Set the total spray time to 100 hours. Then adjust the spray duration to 12 minutes and the drying time to 48 minutes. After making these adjustments, the system will automatically switch between spraying and drying cycles.4. Set the Xenon Lamp Operating Time
Refer to the markings on the control panel to set the total operating time for the xenon lamp. Once this is done, proceed to activate the sample rack and other components.5. Activate the Components
Follow these steps to start the system: - Turn on the sample rack cooling water pump. - Turn on the spray water pump. - Turn on the xenon lamp cooling water pump. - Start the xenon lamp preparation (if it doesn’t start, check the water pressure. If there was vibration during transport, re-adjust or reverse the pump if necessary). - Press the xenon lamp start button. After about 3 seconds, the lamp will light up. Release the button once it starts.After completing these steps, the device will enter the automatic control mode and begin its normal operation cycle.
