The unmeasured metering technology used in this equipment is the company’s patented technology. This unique unsalted metering technology enables smooth, fast delivery of a variety of glass, PET, or metal cans without the use of any metal pins from bottle introduction to metering. Pinless technology also helps keep the working environment quiet, especially when measuring glass bottles. The production capacity per minute can reach 70 plates in single-layer 6-pack or double-row 12-pack.
The machine's unique features also include sigmoidal induction to reduce product fluctuations in the metering zone and prevent label damage. The machine also features non-contact printing capabilities; product change specifications are also very quick and it takes only a few minutes to complete.
