Electronic Rotary PET Filling Machine Advent

Recently, a German and a British company launched an electronic rotary PET filling machine. It is a new system that combines single bottle spinning, bottle filling, filling and capping. It adopts a "bottleneck" transfer system. The conversion between different bottles and packages can be completed within one minute. The filling machine can reduce production costs, and is equipped with a patented electropneumatic quantitative filling system and electronic flow metering device, which can perform accurate continuous filling, reducing waste and avoiding the possible burden of overpackaging. The system is suitable for non-inflatable beverages, carbonated beverages, pulp drinks, and products. The filling temperature is 5 to 70°C, and the hourly speed can reach about 44,000 bottles.
