We will have a longer time in China in the future.


[Reporter] First of all, thank you very much for accepting our interview. Starting from the opening of the first store in Shanghai in 2004, Roachburg has been in China for 6 years. How do you evaluate the development of Roachburg in China in the past 6 years? ?


[Gills Bonan] 6 years is not a long time for the development of Roachburg in China, because we did not understand this market from the very beginning, and then enter this market, we have to understand the customer base in this market, Gradually building our brand and bringing some of our ideas to the Chinese market, so these six years are a very short time for us, and we will have a longer time in China in the future.


[Reporter] We have nearly 300 stores around the world. Is there a clear difference between China's market consumption demand and Europe?


[Gills Bonan] In China, the classical series is the main product. We also have some countries and the classical series sells very well. But from the whole world, our modern products are the main market demand. But the best products we sell worldwide are also the best products sold in China. Just like our mahjong series.


Consumers in the 30-40 age group dominate the trend


[Reporter] What changes do you think China's consumers are experiencing in consumption after these six years?


[Gills Bonan] At the beginning, Chinese consumers would like our preference for classical collections, such as Louis XV and XVI, which are more luxurious styles, but with the promotion of our brand, along with some of us Efforts, consumer groups are gradually considering the preference for classical products to modern styles and travel styles. Slow consumers will like classics and modern ones.


[Reporter] Is there a change in the age of consumers?


[Gills Bonan] There are indeed, and now, the age group is relatively higher at the beginning, but at present, each age group has our consumer group. With the launch of our more modern products, we now dominate the 30-40 age group.


There are 50 stores in China in the next 10 years.


[Reporter] What is the significance of our opening of the flagship store in COFCO Plaza for the sales layout of Roachburg in China?


[Gills Bonan] Beijing is not only the capital of China. With the development of China's economy, the influence of Beijing is getting stronger and stronger in the whole world. Therefore, it is very significant that we open a flagship store of 2,000 square meters in Beijing today. In addition to being in Paris, we have opened stores in various capitals around the world. This store in Beijing is the most important point in the layout of Roachburg. We are constantly opening stores every month around the world, but compared to other stores, Beijing has different meanings. It will have a great impact on the future Chinese market, so we have a great focus on this event.


[Reporter] Nowadays, the demand for high-end products and luxury goods in the Chinese market is constantly rising in the world. The last question is to ask you, how do you view the Chinese market, what kind of plans will we have in the future?


[Gills Bonan] We have 84 stores in France, 30 in Spain and 30 in the US. We have a good wish to have 50 in China in the next 10 years. This is not just a good wish, we will work very hard to achieve this wish.
