Wang Jun: Yulin Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, mainly for the professional woodworking system of villa service. Since its establishment nine years ago, Yulin Wood has been serving the customers with the principle of customer first. Through these years of hard work, we are very honored to accept your interviews from an obscure enterprise to a high-end customer in China, including dealer-approved companies. thank you.


Reporter: You have participated in many such exhibitions before. What are the characteristics of this exhibition compared with previous years?


Wang Jun: Since 2007, Yulin has developed at a relatively fast pace and will launch some products every year. In 2012, our main action, I want to improve the wallboard this year, we want to have a breakthrough in integrating the home. The biggest highlight of this exhibition, you also saw, the most important is the integration of home products.


Reporter: I just mentioned the integrated home. What products did we bring to this exhibition?

Wang Jun: I saw a hall similar to the feeling of the Louvre, which is a concentrated display of integrated home products. It may also be the largest part of the exhibition.

Reporter: Can you introduce the process characteristics of your products?


Wang Jun: Yulin is different from previous mass products. We are doing niche products. We want to convey a culture to our customers. A kind of European pastoral, including the court, is introduced to China, so that Chinese people have a recognition of European products. . We are not only a door, or a wall panel, or a staircase, but more deputies give Yulin people an understanding of it. We want more people to understand what is called wine culture and what is Western civilization. This is what Yulin will do more in the future. We are not just selling doors, but also the transmitter of culture.


Reporter: In 2012, the addition of security housing, affordable housing, and low-rent housing construction brought a broad space for development in the wooden door market. And we are positioned at a relatively high level, is there any pressure in the market space?


Wang Jun: This has not felt particularly great pressure, because before the base predicted that there are some political adjustments, we have launched a new product mango wooden door at the 2010 exhibition. After two years of unremitting efforts, Mango wooden doors have grown from one or two dealers to nearly one hundred dealers, and have completed the urban layout south of the Yangtze River. Although there were some landslides and problems at the big level in 2012, there was still an increase in sales. In the second half of last year, we felt that all the homes, including the wooden doors and building materials market, were not very good. Yulin’s feeling was exactly the opposite. It’s nearly double the growth rate in the past, so I will work in this direction according to Yulin in 2012.


Reporter: Do we have a systematic strategic plan in 2012?


Wang Jun: Throughout 2012, Yulin was originally a local brand. We tried to have a big cooperation with your internet media in 2012. We want to make some efforts to make Yulin’s brand in the network, print media, etc. There is further curing in terms of aspects. Yulin has been through for a few years, the brand has been accepted by some people, we are eager to let more people accept Yulin, will become a real brand, the focus is on the promotion of the network will be our most important steps in 2012 .


Reporter: How many new stores are you planning to expand, are there any specific figures?


Wang Jun: Yulin dealers are now more than one hundred. We want to build more than 300 dealers through the construction of the next two to three years. We have been able to cover major cities in China. This is our next two or three. Year goals and plans. We don't want to do this at once. We want to gradually increase the capacity of our own, and the number of dealers should correspond. It can't be said that your production capacity has problems after the dealers recruited. Our goal is to recruit a part of the dealers, to ensure that a dealer survives, and profit here, this is our main purpose.


Reporter: What kind of standards do we choose for dealers this year?


Wang Jun: Maybe we are more and more choices. We want to recognize Yulin’s culture and spirit. When we choose him, he can also accept some products from Yulin, not only the products themselves, but more. It is the overall recognition of Yulin culture. The dealer chooses Yulin's main point here. Like a designer, he is more about the mind. It is not something brought by the product itself. I think this is a tacit understanding to be able to do Yulin. The dealer, not only hardware, software, we will list him as the focus of investment in 2012.


Reporter: What is your opinion on the overall trend of the development of the wooden door market in 2012?


Wang Jun: I personally have great confidence. With the overall decline in 2012, it is this kind of decline. If the company can train the internal strength well, it will go against the trend. I hope that our team can do this.
