Features. However, some basic problems should be paid attention to when using it to ensure that the belt works normally.
1. It is inevitable to prevent oil leakage in the process of oil spill offset printing machine. Although the multi-wedge belt is corrosion-resistant, if the oil leakage phenomenon is not completely solved, the long-term soaking of the belt in the oil will also have some adverse effects, resulting in belt delamination. That is, when the belt is vulcanized, the cloth, glue and strong core material that are layered and pressed up are separated and delaminated under the soaking action of oil and gasoline, resulting in the belt being scrapped. Even imported belts are not spared. Therefore, to make the multi-ribbed belt durable, we must first fundamentally solve or reduce the oil leakage phenomenon.
2. Make sure that the pulley is in the same straight line. During the furring process of the new belt, it is necessary to ensure that the two V-ribbed pulleys are on the same straight line. The V-ribbed belt is different from the timing belt in that it adopts a longitudinal gear meshing transmission. If the installation is slightly deviated, the tooth surface of the belt will be damaged until the tooth surface is severely worn, scratched, and toothed.
3. Tension is moderate. The tension of the belt during the installation process is moderate, the belt is too tight, and the noise during operation is increased. At the same time, the wear and elongation of the belt are also exacerbated. Once the belt tension is reached, it will break. One customer had just bought an imported multi-ribbed belt. Due to inexperience in installation, the belt was stretched too tightly. As a result, the belt broke quickly. However, if it is installed too loosely, it will cause the friction between the belt and the pulley to generate heat and wear the tooth surface of the belt, resulting in a decrease in the transmission efficiency and the operation cannot meet the design requirements. Therefore, it is recommended that when the belt is newly installed, the tension of the belt should be moderate, and the belt should be used for a period of time. After the belt and the pulley are worn out, the belt is properly tensioned to achieve the best transmission efficiency.
