The reason for finding people is that for most of the quality of the team that is currently printing and binding, most of them are not professional school graduates, and they have not even done any training. How can they adapt to today's modern production? The equipment has become more advanced, and the quality of people has not changed. How can we keep up with the trend of the times?

Process and materials have changed, and environmental conditions have not changed

As far as the wireless glue binding process is concerned, almost every book processing factory has to deal with it. Most of the bonding materials used in this process are thermoplastic EVA hot melt adhesives, and the thermoplastic bonding materials are very strict in terms of environment and conditions when they are used. At the "Sino-German binding technology training class" organized by Nanjing Aide Printing Co., Ltd., Mr. Schild, a German teacher, introduced the importance of environment and conditions when he explained the use of EVA hot melt adhesives, and introduced EVA hot melt adhesives in France. The temperature and humidity in the processing room of the bookshop are controlled by certain data, among which the temperature is controlled between 19°C and 25°C, and the humidity is controlled at about 50% RH; while the temperature in the wireless glue production workshop is generally required to reach 17°C in China. Between ~30°C; this requirement is twice as good as abroad. However, with such requirements, except for a few units and regions that can be reached, most of them cannot be implemented in accordance with this requirement. For example, in southern China, there are many unit-binding workshops that do not have constant temperature or air conditioning, and the highest temperatures use EVA hot melt adhesives. The temperature of the workshop was as high as about 38°C, which resulted in the extension of the curing time after the application of the glue, the non-hardening setting, and the linkage production line could not be cut. In the northern winter, when the temperature is low, the indoor temperature is the lowest (no constant temperature, air-conditioning equipment) to around 10°C, which causes the hot melt adhesive to cure in advance and fail to bond. As for temperature, due to regional differences, the lack of standardization of enterprises (general binding workshops without hygrometer devices) requires that the expected humidity standards are even greater; for example, in southern China where there is much rain and humidity, the humidity in the workshop is the highest. About 80% RH, while the northern part of the rain is less dry, the lowest humidity can reach about 30% RH. Humidity and excessive humidity have a direct impact on the effect of paper and book bonding and setting, which can cause various quality problems in wireless glue binding books.
