Troubleshoot feed reel tear off paper

Five years after the printing press was used, all parts had different degrees of wear. If you do not pay attention to regular inspection and maintenance work, lubrication is not good, there is a problem if you do not deal with it in time, and if you run it sick, you can use it to speed up the wear and tear of the printing press. It is not premature, and there are many problems, which increases the cost of repairs. It also affected production.

Take the J2108's take-up tooth row, it is the main component of the printing press, and the printed product is transported by it to the delivery table. If the use of adjustment is not good, some problems in the links will directly affect product quality and increase consumption. Our factory has two 08 machines last year, there have been the failure of the take-off paper tear paper off. In the printing process, tearing of the individual tooth rows first occurs, which is not serious. Later, more and more teeth were ripped off and sometimes fell off. After this situation appeared, the printer was inspected, everything was normal, and there was no problem with the arrival time of the paper and the regulation time. The swinger and the press were connected.

The time is right, the crepe paper is not torn off, the crepe paper is not less than 7mm, and tearing occurs when the crepe paper is connected to the collection tooth row. The teeth of the machine were inspected, and some of the teeth were not torn off. There were 4 rows of 11 rows of teeth. The rest had different degrees of tearing. There was no paper drop. Only after the operation was accelerated, there was a tooth row. Drop paper. According to the inspection situation, it is considered that the delivery tooth plate is worn or the screws are loosely displaced. However, adjusting the opener plate of the receiving roller still cannot eliminate the problem of tearing the paper. Adjusting the teeth of the tearing paper does not eliminate the problem of tearing the paper. Later, during the inspection process, we found that the teeth of the tear-off paper were opened, and the open teeth were smaller than those of the teeth that were not torn off. The inspection revealed that there was a loosening phenomenon between the shaft rack and the tooth shaft of the chain. There was a small gap between the teeth and there was no looseness when checking the teeth that did not tear. We removed the loose rows of teeth and knocked off the pin of the axle frame. We found that some of the tapered pins were broken into two sections and that they were broken into three sections. The bushing bushes also had different degrees of wear. Wherever the break pin is located, one side of the roller is opened, because the force is strong.

Analysis of broken pin and tear paper reasons:

First, in the ordinary production process, the maintenance of the printing press is not enough, only the heavy production is not re-maintenance.

Second, the printed paper is not good paper, paper powder and more dust, cleaning is not timely, putty mixed together to accelerate the wear of the accessories.

Third, the maintenance of the equipment has not set out the rules and regulations, irregular inspection, repair and refueling, resulting in wear parts, resulting in damage.

4. The tooth row is assembled with two shafts. The axis of the filling pad is not moving.

A shaft of the filling teeth is exposed to the pressure of the open tooth plate with the open tooth roller, and the rotation of the tooth shaft drives the gripper teeth to open until the tooth is opened to a certain degree, and the transfer tooth is transferred to the impression roll. The handover time cannot be earlier or later. If the pin of the pedestal pin is broken or the lining bushing is worn, the open sprocket compresses the squeezing roller at the time of open splicing. The sill loses parallel to the axis of the pad and generates the torsional force, making the gripper teeth The opening was small, but it was still less than half of the original. Open teeth were relatively late, and when the teeth were closed, the two teeth rushed to grab the paper. In other words, the two teeth holding the paper at the same time running time is short, when the embossing gripper teeth have not been opened yet, the tooth arranging teeth will carry the paper, so tear the paper.

Fifth, the reasons for paper loss. After the pendent positioning pin breaks, when the two teeth are transferred and the two shafts are twisted, the transfer time also changes, and the embossed shaft does not lie on a parallel line. The stacking paper is also uneven, and some tooth rows are only One-half of the gums on the paper will fall off during operation.

After the problem was found, we changed the brackets of several rows of teeth, changed the shaft holders of several rows of teeth, and changed all broken pins. Since then, the phenomenon of tearing paper and paper drop has disappeared.
