The Fly 6 is a smart camera taillight designed to be mounted under a bicycle seat. It combines a rear light with a high-quality sports camera lens, capable of recording up to 6 hours of 720p video continuously. This device allows riders to capture the scenery behind them and track their group's movements during rides. The Fly 12, on the other hand, is a front-mounted bike light and camera system that offers illumination and can record 5 hours of 1080p video. Inspired by the car’s OBD (Onboard Diagnostic System), the Fly 12 also serves as a real-time monitoring tool. When connected to a smartphone, it can log ride time, distance, and even GPS data for a more detailed tracking experience.
Both the Fly 6 and Fly 12 are built with advanced waterproof technology, making them ideal for all-weather cycling. As the second generation of the product line, the Fly 12 features improved brightness and longer battery life compared to its predecessor. Cycliq has already raised over $330,000 on Kickstarter, with the Fly 6 priced at $250. The Fly 12 is still in the development phase and pricing details will be announced soon.
