At the High-level Forum on Recycling Economy held in Beijing, a technical report on recycling of packaging waste from a small paper-making business owner in Fuyang made the domestic packaging industry, multinational corporations, and international environmental organizations feel fresh: The abandoned milk carton was actually made of paper. The recycling of waste packaging is a technical problem. A lot of packaging is discarded, and it causes secondary pollution to the environment. The Fullen paper mill's idea came to fruition in early 2004: The abandoned milk carton was made of high-quality long fiber pulp and high-quality aluminum plastic. If the paper fibers can be separated, isn't it a good papermaking raw material?

Dare to think, but also dare to do it. After nearly half a year of trial and error, the technicians finally solved the mystery of the re-decomposing pulp in the milk box. The original milk carton "is a treasure." The separated pulp is made into paper and processed into cartons, envelopes, Paper Bags, books and other products. The aluminum-plastic part of the milk box (20% aluminum, 80% plastic) has been processed into aluminum-plastic particles and has become a good raw material for flower pots, sewage pipes and other plastic products. Because the paper's "base" is high quality wood pulp fiber. The quality does not have to say, so the product is in short supply.

At the high-level forum, relevant experts listened to the report of the plant and praised them: This process is currently the best environmental protection technology for waste milk cartons. It fills the domestic gap.

Entrepreneurship must be profitable, but profit must be built on the basis of environmental protection. This is an industrial trend.

In June 2004, with the development of the company, Fullen Paper invested more than 500,000 yuan in a large-scale sewage treatment facility. For a small factory, 500,000 is not a small number, but Fulun firmly believes in his own decision. Soon, the environmental protection department of Fuyang Municipality imposed strict regulations on the water consumption per ton of paper. Fu Lun Paper Factory not only complied with the standards, but also led the technical level and processing capacity. As a result, the plant gained the honorable title of a circular economy pilot enterprise in Hangzhou.

In the summer of this year, the city faced a drought and it was difficult for residents to use water. The paper mill did not take water during the day. By the middle of the night, the paper mill could meet the production demand for one day by taking only 3 hours of water.
