MoldgardTM is a 15- to 17-micron injection-molded film containing patented antimicrobial materials that are resistant to mold and bacteria. The film was supplied by Alcan Packaging, and then Honeywell Specialty Films assigned hardness and thermal properties as needed. Finally, the film was sent to JP Lamborn for adhesive compounding.
