The low air pressure test [low air pressure test box] of the digital TV environmental test is as follows:
Requirements: The sample should be energized for 5 min at room temperature and pressure of 55 kPa. There should be no arcing, discharge, etc. After 2 h of recovery, it should meet the requirements of 5.2 and 5.4 of SJ/T11326 standard.
Test equipment: It should meet the requirements of Chapter 4 of GB/T2423.21.
experiment method:
1. The temperature in the low pressure test chamber is within the temperature range of the normal test atmospheric conditions;
2. Put the unpackaged sample into the low pressure test chamber according to the normal working position (the power switch is placed in the on position, but the power plug is not connected to the grid). Then reduce the air pressure in the box to 55 kPa (the pressure change rate should not exceed 10 kPa / min);
3, the sample is connected to the power supply, kept for 5min, the sample should be free of arcing, discharge and other phenomena;
4. Restore the air pressure to a normal value (the climate change rate should not exceed 10 kPa/min);
5, recovery 2h;
6. Test according to the provisions of 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 of SJ/T11326 standard.
