In the equipment used in today's die-cutting process, the die-cutting process is now mature, but there are still some problems in the die-cutting process, which makes some carton factories and die-cutting machine leaders have a headache. It is the "die cutting line". The die-cutting line is very important in the die-cutting process. Whether the carton is formed after the die-cutting is in place, and whether the carton is easy to use when it is used by the customer's automatic packaging line, these conditions determine whether the carton is qualified. With good experience in crimping, we can solve these headache problems.

Now, let's talk about die-cutting and crimping from two aspects:

First, flat die cutting line processing

The flat die cutting machine is widely used in carton factories, and has the characteristics of convenient die-cutting and high precision of die-cutting. The problems that are more prone to die-cutting lines in the flat die-cutting process are:

If the indentation bottom mold is used during die cutting, the rebound sponge is too high, which will cause the indentation bottom mold to deviate from the original position and cause no threading. Sometimes the indentation bottom mold will move inward, resulting in the indentation bottom mold and the line spacing. Smaller, the pressure line will press the cardboard.

(2) Increasing the width of the pressure line, and increasing the width of the pressure line can also reduce the probability of bursting.

(3) If the indentation bottom mold is used during die cutting, the width of the indentation bottom mold can be increased or the height of the indentation bottom mold can be reduced, so that the explosion line can also be eliminated.

(4) Polish the pressure line to reduce the height. Be careful when grinding. If the pressure line is too low, it will not cause the line to go.

2. The direction of the corrugated wire does not follow the line (the carton is not bent according to the crimping line when it is bent). Solution:

(1) Increase the height of the crimping line. For example, when making a template, the three-layer corrugated cardboard box will use 1.42mm standard pressure line and the pressing line height is 22.50mm. If there is a problem with the wire, you can ask the plate making factory to use two 0.71mm pressure wires for side-by-side use. The 0.71mm pressure line height is 23.24mm. The pressure line effect will have a significant effect.

(2) Using the indentation bottom mold, the indentation bottom mold and the pressing line can produce a good crease effect. The selection of the indentation bottom mold should be based on the paper condition and the paper thickness, and the manufacturer of the indentation bottom mold is purchased. A formula for selecting an indentation counter is given, but it may not be applicable depending on the paper conditions of each factory.

3. The reverse crepe direction carton crease stress is larger.

(1) Increase the width of the pressure line and increase the height of the pressure line. In the reverse corrugation direction, it is not easy to produce a blast line. In the case of three-layer cardboard, up to four 0.71mm pressure lines can be used and arranged, and the crease effect is very good.

(2) The height of the indentation bottom mold can be increased or decreased to increase the width of the indentation bottom mold.

(3) It can be flipped with 2.0mm creasing line, the round head surface is installed in the plate, and the flat head surface is left outside the plate. It can also be used to indent the cardboard against the flat head.
