Recently, a new type of low-cost coating emulsion technology was successfully developed by the Wuhan Institute of Modern Industrial Technology. The emulsion is made of several inexpensive, easy-to-use, high-molecular materials manufactured by special processes. The products are widely used in various coating applications. The paper, after trial by a number of board manufacturers, the performance indicators fully meet the technical level of the original styrene-acrylic emulsion, the cost can be reduced by more than 15% than the styrene-acrylic emulsion.
