The new type of gas phase metal corrosion inhibitor developed by the institute is made of non-toxic natural extracts of inositol hexaphosphate as the main component, and is made up of ammonia and water. When the agent is applied on the packaging material, a dense single-molecule protective film layer can be formed on the metal surface to effectively inhibit metal corrosion. The volatilization reduction experiment and corrosion inhibition performance test of the closed space show that the performance of the gas phase corrosion inhibition additive is better than the nitrite corrosion inhibitor and is an ideal substitute for nitrite corrosion inhibitor.
