Is 2.5D art work gorgeous or dreamy?

Who said that 3D printing can't create art, and hurry up, Xiao Bian guarantees to use civilized violence as much as possible.

Martijn Hage, a Dutch artist, is good at painting. The inspiration for his work usually comes from nature, technology, archaeology and mythology, or a combination of them. Martijn said: "I have always been looking forward to incorporating new technologies into my work to express my creative world."

There is no doubt that Martijn did it. He created a very eye-catching piece of art that contains nine panels, each of which is 50*50 cm in size. As you can see, each panel has a matching 3D printed work, which is quite tacit, just like a part of the artboard itself. So this is also a veritable 2.5D work.

In order to complete this unusual task, Martijn also found several sponsors. The Netherlands Ultimaker company provides 3D printers, Dutch printing filament manufacturer Innofil3D also generously sponsored PLA printing wire, Amsterdam 3D Hubs also gave a lot of printing support and care.

In the face of such a fantastic 2.5D work, Martijn is already looking for a suitable international exhibition, ready to show his cool work to the world. More importantly, Martijn believes that 3D printing can create better art, and he will work in this direction.
