Anshan City has recently developed a papermaking waste liquid synthesis coal-water slurry fuel technology. This technology can not only recycle natural resources, but also eliminate the environmental pollution caused by the discharge of waste paper and the burning of fuel.
The paper industry is one of the original culprits of current water pollution. In order to implement the scientific concept of development and comprehensively utilize the waste resources in papermaking waste liquid, Anshan Jinshan Property Heating Co., Ltd. has successfully developed technologies for synthesizing coal-water slurry fuel from paper-making waste liquid after repeated experiments, and has been applied in production practice.
According to reports, after the preparation of coal-water slurry per ton of straw papermaking waste liquid, 114 kg of standard coal could be saved, with a value of RMB 45.6. This technology allows a papermaking company that discharges 60 tons of waste liquid per day to save 4,877 tons of standard coal annually. Preparing a ton of water-slurry pulp with paper-making waste will also save 18 yuan in additive costs.
