The printing machine is mainly used for making contact printing imaging equipment for making printing plates. Printing machine production requirements:
(1) The working environment temperature should be 0-40 °C, the relative humidity should be less than 80%; the working glass should meet the requirements of the first grade in GB 4871-1995. The effective working surface shall not have defects such as scratches, bubbles, mildew, etc.; the uniformity of illumination of the working surface shall not be less than 86%.
(2) During the working process, the printing plate should maintain complete contact with the glass surface. The minimum range of vacuum adjustment of the vacuum system is 0-86.6 kPa; the vacuum of the printing machine should not be reduced by 20 kPa 5 minutes after the power of the printing machine is turned off ( 150mmHg).
(3) The temperature rise of the working glass surface of the printing machine should be no more than 20 °C.
(4) Exposure control system The plate exposure machine with timer should have a repeated exposure time error of less than ±1%.
(5) The requirements of the light source of the printing machine: Firstly, the light source should be selected according to the photosensitive characteristics of the PS plate. The photosensitive range of the PS plate is generally 280-450 nm, because the film base of the film and the glass of the printer are below the wavelength of 320 nm. Light has a stronger absorption effect.
(6) The printing machine should work reliably under the condition of ±10% fluctuation of the power supply voltage; the working noise should be less than 70dB; the insulation resistance between the short-circuited power circuit and the protection circuit (including the base) should not be less than 1MΩ; The printing machine should have a reliable UV protection device.
