What requirements should the ventilation aging test chamber meet for rubber samples?

The rubber samples are tested with a ventilated aging test box. What requirements should the aging box meet? The standard GB3512-2001 "Vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber_Hot air accelerated aging and heat resistance test" clearly specifies:

1. With a forced air circulation device, the air flow rate is 0.5m ∕ s ~ 1.5m ∕ s, the minimum surface area of the sample is directly opposite to the air flow to avoid interference with the air flow rate;

2. The size of the ventilation type aging test box should meet the total volume of the sample not exceeding 10% of the effective volume of the aging box, the distance between the hanging samples should be at least 10mm, and the distance between the sample and the aging box wall should be at least 50mm;

Third, there must be a temperature control device to ensure that the temperature of the sample is kept within the tolerance of the specified test temperature;

Fourth, there is a temperature measuring device in the heating chamber to record the actual heating temperature;

5. No copper or copper alloy shall be used in the structure of the heating chamber;

6. The air replacement frequency of the ventilating aging test chamber is three to ten times per hour;

7. Before entering the aging box, the air should be heated to the tolerance range of the test temperature specified by the aging box.
