Our factory has a corrugated box printing machine with chain-type paper feeding. The distance between two chains is about 90cm. Each is equipped with a set of side baffles. We often use two chains separately. When used separately, the plate cylinders are also equipped with a set of plates of the same type or two different types of two-sided plates. One cylinder is equipped with two printing plates, which must be accurately positioned during the loading process. Because the two printing plates are printed at the same time, the side pull gauge cannot be used flexibly, and the longitudinal movement of the cardboard is difficult.
In this way, the two-in-one box produced by the simultaneous printing will not have too much color difference, and it is easy to use the number of prints of the two boxes to keep the same. In particular, two-for-one cardboard boxes with a quantity of more than one or two thousand or more and two different side patterns are printed. If one is printed first and then the other is printed, the next (adhesive) box process must wait for the second sheet. To print another piece, the next ordering (sticking) box process must be completed after the second piece of printed artwork is thoroughly dried. This delays the delivery time by 4 to 5 hours.
