Must go this way——Talking on the “inside” of a honeycomb paperboard technology

First, the country has put forward new requirements for papermaking industry in environmental protection, and promoted the introduction of a molded honeycomb paperboard technology (hereinafter referred to as "one-shot"). As far back as the end of 1995, the state's environmental protection policy ordered that chemical pulping and paper mills with a capacity of 5,000 tons be closed down; enterprises above 5,000 tons must be treated with sewage, and emissions should be allowed after reaching the “standard”. Most of these paper mills use wheat straw as their raw material and use the "lime method" to produce packaging paper. The amount of packaging paper produced accounts for about 75-80% of the amount of paper used in the national economy. This is a large number. How to do? People are pondering: Instead of consuming so much labor for pulping, papermaking, and wastewater decontamination treatment, it is better to use a “one-shot” new process to save time, effort, and effort. The wealth created is greater and better. The "one-piece honeycomb paperboard technology" of Xuzhou Southern and Northern Grass Fiber Company made this idea a reality.
Second, the State Economic and Trade Commission, 1998, No. 583, “Notice on Forwarding the National Packaging Improvement Office (Opinions on Strengthening National Packaging Improvement)” re-emphasizes “Strengthening the development and promotion of instant honeycomb paperboard”. "Forming once" incorporates dozens of uses into one. In the past, the packaging on the market was mainly corrugated cardboard, and the board was only used as a packaging box, and its use surface was very narrow. In addition to the production of packaging boxes, "one-shot molding" can also be used to form a variety of decorative plates, forming convex and concave plates, forming various kinds of internal packaging, etc., and the use of a wide range of ways.
At present, there are two kinds of honeycomb paperboard manufacturing methods: winding type and stacking type. After the paper is cut into strips, it is bonded and processed. This makes the product born on the "congenitally deficient" can not moisture, point pressure difference, anti-jamming ability is poor, completely rely on the adhesive paste forming, such as labor costs. "One-shot" avoids these shortcomings. The process is to add moisture-proof, waterproof, flame retardant to the raw material (pulp), and to make the paper and the honeycomb core at one time according to the mechanically thin shell structure design. Therefore, it is not afraid of point pressure, and it has a strong anti-jamming ability. It also eliminates the need for adhesive sticking. With this kind of technology, the export trays no longer have to worry about the “flooding and dripping” phenomenon.
Third, in the case of ensuring quality, "one-shot" can significantly reduce the production cost, which is another characteristic.
As the “one-shot” uses direct pulp molding, it has lost the old process of papermaking and carton forming, and the production cost has dropped by about 40%. It adapts to the requirements of national environmental laws and regulations, so that it rarely uses water, it does not discharge sewage, and it does not pollute rivers, lakes and the environment. Sewage treatment fees and water treatment machines are no longer needed. No matter the city or the country, it can be easily produced. It is a direct use of natural resources and belongs to the scope of innovation of green packaging raw materials. Therefore, it has the following advantages: the product has a short production cycle, and it only needs to pass through the raw material --- --- --- --- --- several stages of disposal; after discarding Natural degradation, no harm to the environment. It has a good role in promoting the development of rural and small and medium-sized towns' economies in China.
Fourth, the advent of "one-shot" is the need for social progress and the need for market competition. There are many people in rural areas in China and there are many small towns. Small and medium-sized enterprises are currently "restructuring" and "contracting." It is no longer possible to build large-scale factories in accordance with the investment scale of "several million yuan" and "several million yuan." Many types of enterprises in the society are in desperate need of "one-shot molding." Such projects can help them get rich quickly. Due to the low cost of "one-shot", raw materials, and the high rate of return on investment without pollution, people can set up points everywhere, and they can also be produced with points and areas, which is suitable for the principle of "flexible strategy and tactics." When China joined the "WTO", a large number of foreign papers and foreign machines entered the country, showing its vitality.
Fifth, there is another situation: At present, some small and medium-sized paper and paper box companies have difficulties in operating. The reason is that in recent years, after the reform and opening up, a large number of foreign investors have flocked to the packaging industry and set up wholly foreign-owned enterprises, joint ventures, and papermaking and carton enterprises. They generally invest in large, advanced equipment and good management. Take a coastal city as an example. These enterprises accounted for 50% of the city's sales revenue, while the basic conditions of small and medium-sized paper and carton enterprises have remained unchanged. The output is still low, the cost is high, the quality of finished products is poor, and companies have to interact with each other. The price is so heavy that it becomes increasingly lossy and cannot compete with foreign companies. The reason is that their production equipment is backward, still relying on single-machine manual operations, coupled with market-oriented paper market bullish, paper mills reduced, the demand for social paper is increasing. The sales price of cartons was not raised, forcing the closure of many cartons. In the case of a city mentioned above, 100 carton plants closed down during the five years, and more than 20 were closed last year. At present, how do these small and medium-sized paper mills and carton plants survive and develop? Our proposal is to use "one-shot" technology, spend less, engage in technical reforms, and catch up.
