Huaneng manufacturers tell you about the nitrogen-filled vacuum oven centrifugal refrigeration compressor

The company is introducing the nitrogen-filled vacuum oven and its associated centrifugal refrigeration compressor. This type of compressor is a speed-based machine that uses high-speed rotating impellers to compress gas. As the impeller spins, it imparts kinetic energy to the refrigerant gas, increasing its pressure. Unlike volumetric compressors, which operate in a more intermittent manner, centrifugal compressors handle a continuous flow of gas, making them highly efficient for large-scale applications. The typical air intake ranges from 0.03 to 15 m³/s, with rotational speeds ranging from 1,800 to 90,000 RPM. The suction temperature usually stays between 10°C and 40°C, while the suction pressure varies from 14 to 700 kPa, and discharge pressure remains below 2 MPa. The pressure ratio typically falls between 2 and 30, depending on the refrigerant used. Currently, R22, R123, and R134a are commonly used in these compressors as they help replace older refrigerants like CFCs (such as R12), which were harmful to the ozone layer. These modern refrigerants are more environmentally friendly and meet current regulatory standards. Centrifugal refrigeration compressors can be designed in single, double, or multi-stage configurations. A single-stage unit typically consists of an inlet chamber, an impeller, a diffuser, and a volute. In multi-stage systems, additional components such as bends and return channels are included to guide the gas between stages. Each stage consists of an impeller and its related parts, and multiple impellers are mounted on the main shaft to achieve higher pressure ratios. To optimize performance and reduce power consumption, multi-stage compressors often include intermediate cooling. After the low-pressure section, the gas is cooled before being sent to the high-pressure section, helping to maintain efficiency and prevent excessive temperatures. This design allows for greater flexibility and better control over the compression process. In a single-stage centrifugal compressor, the refrigerant enters through the inlet chamber and is drawn into the impeller. As the impeller rotates, the gas is accelerated by the rotating blades, gaining both velocity and pressure. The gas then exits the impeller radially and moves into the diffuser, where the cross-sectional area increases. This causes the gas to slow down, converting much of its kinetic energy into pressure energy. Finally, the compressed gas is collected in the volute and discharged from the system. HUMGINE offers a wide range of products, including environmental testing equipment, nitrogen-filled ovens, vacuum ovens, high-temperature vacuum drying ovens, low-temperature test chambers, vacuum defoaming boxes, AB glue defoaming machines, and drying cabinets. These products are widely used in industries requiring precise temperature control, vacuum environments, and efficient drying processes.
