Once, the factory reflected that three blankets had been placed on the shelf for ten days, and the blanket paper edge marks could not be restored. We found that one of the sheets had no paper marks. It was estimated that it was restored. One of the papers had a little paper edge mark. The other side of the paper had deep marks and black streaks. Broken, the black ink penetrates, so there are black streaks. Therefore, according to the company's request, we wiped the two blankets with paper edge marks with gasoline, and there was no improvement. When we wiped the three foreign brand blankets used by the company, two foreign brands were on the blanket. The paper edge marks disappeared and the other one had some traces.

After analysis, this is because the new star blanket swells the solvent ≤ 2%, gasoline can only play the role of cleaning the blanket, and can not restore the paper edge marks. Therefore, we used the "Datang" brand cleaning and reducing agent to scrub two 5001 blankets and one foreign brand blanket that has not yet been bounced. As a result, a 5001 type blanket with a slight paper edge quickly bulged and returned to its original shape; a 5001 type blanket originally had a deeper paper edge mark, but the impression was too high to absorb the syrup above the plane, about a few minutes. After that, it slowly calmed down; a foreign brand blanket with a deeper paper edge was not restored. Thus be seen, the deep side of the paper marks, the surface of the blanket is not damaged heavier reduced, which make a request for printing the captain: thick paper in printing, jam, do not wait on the paper side of the blanket The mark is too deep to be processed.

Experience enlightenment: under the action of printing pressure, the blanket is easily damaged, so there is a "solvent resistance" in the quality and materialization index of the blanket, which requires good solvent resistance (including oil resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance), It is easy to "bulk up". According to the international standard ISO 12636, the solvent resistance index of the blanket is about +4% swelling and about -2% shrinkage. The solvent resistance index of our 5001 blanket is swelling +2%, shrinkage -1%, domestic general reducing agent, Ink and car wash water do not thicken and thinen it, and keep the overall thickness constant, thus stabilizing the quality of printed products.

Some people may mistakenly believe that the low solvent resistance index is "reducing poor" of the air cushion blanket. In fact, it is not. The cushioning performance of the air cushion blanket depends on the air cushion layer. After the printing pressure disappears, it can generally recover within 48 hours. As long as the surface is not damaged, it can be restored and reused, which is one of the advantages of its distinction from ordinary blankets. If you think that 48 hours is too long, you can use a special reducing agent, such as the British Harmonic Reducing Cream, Niken Reducing Agent, etc., as long as it is dipped a little, dry in 3 to 5 seconds, the blanket will immediately bulge. It should be noted that most of it cannot be touched. However, the phenomenon of "not equal" should not become the normal state. The blanket can not be repaired or replaced after it is used. It should be cleaned and dried when it is not used every day. Generally, three blankets are required to be rotated to greatly extend the service life of the blanket. .
