Test principle:
Inclined ball determination. The adhesive plaster initial adhesion test device is mainly composed of an inclined plate, a base, a stainless steel ball, and a ball box. First adjust the tilting plate of the initial viscometer to 30 degrees with the horizontal plane, and fix the sticky surface of the adhesive plaster sample on the tilting plate of the initial viscosity tester. Place a stainless steel ball on the inclined plate and place it on the steel ball. Area and adjust the initial position, release the ball, rolling and passing through the sticky surface, according to the sticky surface of the sticky adhesive can stick to the largest ball, to assess the size of the initial viscosity.

Second, adhesive plaster holding sticky force (holding stickiness determination)

Test device:
It is composed of two parts: viscometer tester (including test stand, test plate, and back plate) and adhesive tape press roller. Stick the adhesive surface (adhesive surface) of the sample on the surface of the test plate and the loading plate, and use an adhesive tape press roller to roll back and forth three times. After leaving for 5 minutes, place the sample vertically on the test stand along the sample. A weight of the specified mass is hung in the length direction, and the time during which the sample slips until it falls off is recorded.

Three, adhesive plaster peel strength measurement
According to the provisions of the pharmacopoeia, the 180° peel strength test was used. Take Labthink's BLD-200N electronic peel tester or XLW smart electronic pull tester as an example.
The test process is as follows:
First, the adhesive plaster backing was fixed on the test board with double-sided adhesive. When necessary, tape is used to fix the samples along the upper and lower edges, so that the sample fits flatly on the plate. The clean polyester film was placed flat on the adhesive top side of the sample, and a 2000 g weight roller was used to roll three times over the prepared sample to ensure that no bubbles existed at the joint. After the test specimens are pasted, they should be tested after 20 to 40 minutes.
The free end of the polyester film was folded in half (180°), and the free end of the film and the test plate were clamped up and down on the tester, respectively. Must pay attention to the peeling surface should be consistent with the test machine line, set the test speed 300mm/min ± 10mm/min, start the test, statistical peel strength, the general unit is KN/m or N/mm.
